Ivoclar Vivadent has developed a “Leadership Excellence” program including the corresponding guidelines for its management personnel. More than 100 managers have already completed the program. By 2020, it should have been rolled out around the world. The former participants have particularly appreciated the opportunities they were given to exchange their experiences with other managers, the peer discussions and the informal fireside chats with members of the Corporate Management.
